Welcome to our Spring 2026 Paralegal Intern, Dena Lewerke!

Elevate Justice U.S. Immigration Law is excited to host Dena Lewerke as our Spring 2026 Paralegal Intern! Dena has extensive experience supporting immigrant communities, and her contributions will undoubtedly be invaluable to the work of our firm. We are thrilled to her support her professional journey.

In Dena’s own words, she explains:

“I’m excited to join Elevate Justice U.S. Immigration Law as a Paralegal Intern this semester. After many years of working closely with immigrant and refugee communities both in the United States and internationally, this opportunity is a meaningful next step as I complete my Paralegal Certificate. Immigration law is deeply personal to me, I have witnessed firsthand how legal support can open doors, safeguard rights, and transform lives. I’m proud to support a firm that genuinely stands with immigrants and is committed to making a real difference. I look forward to learning, growing, and contributing to this vital field.”

Welcome to the team, Dena!
